PLEASE READ FIRST

  1. The theatre is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during school holidays, because of our own theatre-course programme. Please check the calendar for available dates first.
  2. Use the time fields for the time you want to enter and leave the theatre. Note the start and end times of the performances in the comments. You set these performance times definitively in the PR form.
  3. Once your reservation is approved, you can go to your overview page via reserveren.amsterdamstheaterhuis.nl/inloggen.
  4. You will receive an agreement with prices and cancellation terms as soon as possible, and the final invoice after your performances.

Production

Production contact
The business contact above receives the quote and invoice. The production contact receives the magic link for changes to this reservation, reminders for technical/publicity matters, and all practical messages around the performance — often a production manager or director. If that is the same person, tick the box below.
PR / website contact
Larger productions often have a separate PR person who handles publicity and fills in the website information. If that's the case for you, tick the box below — that person will receive the invitation for the website form and any reminders about it. Leave it unticked and we send everything to the production contact above.

What do you need for this production?

Two performances on one day? Check both Matinees and Evening performances, set both to the same date — the system automatically calculates the second one at € 325.

Please note: on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays we generally only rent the hall during school holidays. Does one of your dates fall on such a day outside a holiday period? Send an email to planning@amsterdamstheaterhuis.nl to discuss the options.
